Stace is responsible for financing, mergers &
acquisitions, and investor relations activities for Elluminate.
Stace brings over 15 years of finance, venture capital and
business development experience with small and mid-sized
technology companies. Prior to joining Elluminate, Stace served
as Director of Business Development for Alta Genetics Inc.,
a global leader in genetic technologies for the dairy sector.
Prior to that, he was a co-founder and Managing Director of
eMedici Capital Inc., which operated Canada's first online website
dedicated to connecting angel and institutional investors with
seed-stage technology companies. He also served in senior roles
for two Calgary-based venture capital firms (Accolade Capital Inc.
and Oxbow Capital Corp). Stace received a B.Comm degree (Marketing)
from the University of Calgary in 1991, and a Certified Investment
Manager (CIM) designation in 1997.
