Elluminate Live! ® V9 is available!!

The release of Elluminate Live! V9 provides new features that enable you to reach and engage even more learners, including:

Elluminate Live! V9 has many new features and enhancements including:

  • Multipoint video that supports up to six simultaneous video cameras.
  • In-session invitations that enable you to invite additional participants with the click of a button.
  • Integrated teleconferencing that allows participants to communicate via VoIP, conference call, or both.

Product Availability

For ASP Customers using the Session Administration System (SAS) We have already enabled V9 in your account, allowing you to schedule all new sessions on V9 and edit existing sessions to switch them over to V9. For example, when you are scheduling a new session or editing an existing one, be sure to select the V9 server from the "Version" drop-down menu.

For vSpaces™ Customers (vRoom™, vOffice™, vClass™) Your Elluminate room has already been updated to V9 so you can begin using these new features right away.

For Server customers using the Elluminate Live! Manager (ELM) The new version will be available to you in December 2008 along with a minor update to the Elluminate Live! Manager 2.9. More details to follow.

Teleconference integration availability This feature is in limited availability to select customers. This feature is currently not available to customers using ELM or vRoom.

Updated Resources

We have updated all of our resources to help you transition to the new version.

  • Updated documentation, user guides and live/recorded training sessions on V9 are now available online at here.
  • We have updated our Support page to include new FAQs.
  • For those of you using a translated Elluminate Live! interface, we will be providing translations for V9 over the next two months.
